My journey into fitness started with calisthenics, where I fell in love with mastering bodyweight movements and discovering just how capable the human body can be. Over the years, I’ve combined my passion for fitness with my years of experience as a nurse to create a unique approach to training. One that’s not only about getting stronger but also about improving how we move, feel, and live every day.I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance fitness with a busy life. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of staying strong, healthy, and energized. Not just for yourself but for the people you care about.
